Apply For A Grant

The Mercury FM Charity Appeal will look at grants  up to the value of £3000.

Grants will be awarded to charity and voluntary organisations which are situated in the Mercury FM Transmission area (Cranleigh to Crowborough and Coulsdon to Burgess Hill).

The Trust does not usually support travel, animals, the environment, nor those causes normally provided for by Government, i.e. health, education etc.

Local small groups and charities are encouraged to apply. If a national charity is applying for a grant, the money must be used in the area described above.

The Mercury FM Charity Appeal gives out donations annually. If your charity or voluntary group fits our criteria, please use the email address below and when the grants round is open, you'll receive an application form. Return this form when you receive it within 4 weeks and it will be presented to the Mercury FM Grants Panel. Grants will be sent out within one month of this meeting once criteria has been

The Mercury FM Charity Appeal Grant Panel will meet in February 2010. The current round has been deferred to the new year. Applications for the 2010 round will open December 5th 2009 and close January 20th 2010.
