Competition Rules

RULES

The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at www.mercuryfm.co.uk) apply to ‘Fifty-Fifty’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from 15/03/10 to 19/03/10 (“the Duration”).  The "Radio Station" is Mercury FM.

Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

1) Details of the Competition

1.1 To enter the Competition an Entrant must send a text message with the words “MERCURY WIN" to 82122 (the “Text Message Line”). Text messages will be charged at standard network rates.  The opening and closing times of the Text Message Line will be given out on air.
1.2 Each day, 2 Entrants will be chosen at random to play.  Each will be given one half of a song title and must provide the other half.  They will have 20 seconds to correctly answer as many as possible
1.3 The winner will be the person with the most correct answers and announced as such by the presenter

2) Eligibility
2.1 Entrants must be aged 16 or over

3) Prize
The daily prize includes:
Family return rail travel (2 adults, 2 children)
£50 spending money
4 passes to 1 of the following attractions:
London Eye
London Aquarium
London Zoo
Madam Tussauds
